Overview of the SOP - How to create staff schedules for a conference that are inserted into badge sleeves and worn at the conference for easy access.
Main Section 1- Steps to gather info for schedules
1. Open the “Onsite Team Information & Schedule” from the conference folder.
2. Open the “Staff Schedule”
3. Create a spreadsheet template to enter each individual staff’s schedule for printing on card stock
4. Print 2-sided schedules on card stock and put the schedules into clear plastic badge holders and attach them with appropriate staff members’ conference badge, so they are ready for the conference.
