Here are some links and tips to find who to send intern and job position requests to BYUI

Go to the BYUI website: https://www.byui.edu/ -> click on the “find” dropdown and then click on “Directories”: https://www.byui.edu/directories  -> click on “Colleges and Departments'' across the top: https://www.byui.edu/directories/colleges-and-departments  -> scroll to the college or department that is applicable for the job/internship type (ex. For a Data analyst intern it would be good to reach out to these colleges: Business & Communication and/or Physical Sciences and Engineering specifically these Departments: accounting, finance, marketing, CIT, mathematics, etc.) -> by clicking on a college or department specific link – it will take you to the college or departments page where you can then navigate to the specific contact page.

The main point of contact you want to look for is the office manager contact. The office managers are usually the ones who send the newsletters and job opportunity emails to their majors/minors as well as the ones who can transfer additional requests to the appropriate staff or faculty member. They are the best point of contact to ask who or where else you can send the job position to such as the career center, student job posting website, internship missionaries, and other relevant people to get the information to the most applicable students. 

Another good place to email is employerrelations@byui.edu to help find current and graduating students who can fill entry-level jobs or internships.
