Overview of the SOP - How to write job titles of speakers in the Conference Program Speaker Index (for the graphic designer to use for the program)
Main Section 1- Locating Speaker Index
In the Conference Folder, choose the specific Conference you are needing (i.e. Medical, Finance, etc.)
Next, click on “Program” and then “Speaker Index” and then “Speaker Contact Info”
Main Section 2
Always make sure to write out the job title completely and DO NOT ABBREVIATE
For example:
Write out Vice President and do not use VP
Write out Senior Vice President and do not use SVP
