1. Open a new email in conferenceteam@crittendenresearch.com 

2. Open Sponsor Spreadsheet

3. Open Email #2 Template and copy and paste into the new email

4. Fill in the appropriate details according to Sponsor’s sponsorship from the Sponsor Spreadsheet

What We Need from You (Deadline July 17th)

● A brief company Bio of about 50 words or less

● Logo: .eps .ai or .svg format and transparent .png format

● Please submit materials to conferenceteam@crittendenresearch.com by 7/1/2023

● For our sponsors who are exhibiting at the conference:  

Sponsor Gift give away - This is another opportunity to extend your marketing efforts:

● As Attendees visit your booth, collect their business cards in a container.

● Draw a winning name(s) (Name and Company Name) from the cards before the last keynote and give it to the conference team member at the registration desk.

● Winner must be present to win. Therefore, it is suggested you draw multiple (5) names and the announcer will go down the list until they have a winner who is present, or your company will be responsible for shipping items to the winner.

● They will be directed to pick up their prize from your booth or they will be presented it at the front of the room - depending on the prize.
