Overview of the SOP - This is a template of the 1st email sent to Sponsors once they are at 100% and have signed their contract for a conference sponsorship.

 

  Resources

 

Use the sales department “Sponsor Spreadsheet” as a resource to reference for sponsorship details (i.e. # of company and guest passes, roundtable date, exhibit booth).

 

  Main Section 1 Instructions

  1. Open Sponsor Spreadsheet

  1. Open Sponsor Email #1 Template

  1. Open a New Email on Conference Team in Outlook

  1. Copy and paste Email #1 into the new email

  1. Fill out the details per Sponsor from spreadsheet
