  Main Section 1- Steps to gather images

  

  1. Open the Sponsor spreadsheet and establish which Sponsors have a “Program Ad” included with their sponsor package.

  1. Check what size ad the sponsor has, i.e. ¼ page, ½ page or full page.

  1. Send the Sponsor a request for the size ad:

Full page: 5.5" x 8.5” (include an additional 1/4 inch bleed)

 

Half Page: 4.75" x 3.75"

 

Quarter Page: 2.25" x 3.75”
