Coordinate for Marketing Department to save the “I am Sponsoring” announcement GIFs or JPEGs in the Conference drive- Sponsor information folder.
Draft individual emails to each sponsor and attach the appropriate announcement. Use the example above as a template. This is the body of the email:
Attached is your “I am Sponsoring” announcement GIF. Please, feel free to post it in your social media accounts like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, etc.
Please add this link to your social media posts: https://crittendenmedical.com/conference/ for interested people to learn more about the conference.
Send to each sponsor and make sure to track when sent on the sponsor spreadsheet.
