Overview of the SOP - This document is intended to be used as a guide to get canva pro access for new employees.

Main Section 1 {Heading 1} - [This is a simplified set of instructions for the SOP.  Helpful to reference when someone is already familiar with the details but just need a reminder.]

1. Set up a canva account - either use work email or personal email. 

2. Request from marketing team to send you Canva Pro access.

3. Accept the invitation from the email sent to you from Canva.

Main Section 2 {Heading 1} - [This is a more detailed set of instructions dedicated to the SOP.  These directions should show and walk an employee through a process with little to no previous experience.]

1. Go to Canva.com

2. Click on Sign up in the upper right corner

3. Click on Continue another way

1. Click on continue with email

4. Type your email (name@crittendenresearch.com)

1. Click on continue

5. Type your name

1. Click on Create Account

6. Request from supervisor or marketing team to send you canva access.

1. Must be sent to email linked to your canva account

7. In the email that is sent from Canva, click on Accept Invitation

Other Details {Heading 1} - Include other reminders, fyi’s for the SOP

• The invitation link sent in the email does expire relatively quickly, so don’t let it sit in your inbox too long before completing this process.
