Introduction:

This SOP outlines a quick and easy method to determine the number of attendees for a specific conference. Additionally, it explains how to filter the list to view only paid attendees.

Accessing the Dashboard:

  1. Log in to the RegFox platform using the provided credentials.

  2. Upon successful login, you will be directed to the dashboard that displays your events.


Locating the Conference and Checking Attendees:

  1. From the dashboard, find the specific event for which you want to check attendees.

  2. Beneath the dollar amount associated with the session, click on the "Registrants" text.


Changing Attendee Status:

  1. When the new page opens, locate the "Status" filter.

  2. To view only completed registrations (not canceled or declined), change the status to "Completed" from the drop-down menu.


Exporting the Attendee List:

  1. After setting the status to "Completed," look for the "Export" option, typically located at the right top of the attendee list.

  2. Click on the "Export" button to download the attendee list.


Filtering Paid Attendees:

  1. Open the downloaded Excel file containing the attendee list.

  2. Look for the "Order Total" column, which contains the registration fees paid by attendees.

  3. Use the Excel filtering option to display only those with a positive "Order Total," indicating paid registrations.

  1. To do this, click on the filter icon in the "Order Total" column header and choose values greater than zero.


Reviewing the Results:

a. Once the filter is applied, the Excel sheet will display only paid registrations, and the total number of attendees can be determined from the filtered list.
