Overview of the SOP - This document is intended to show how to create the list we submit to the Sponsors and Attendees before the conference as a perk they get for attending or sponsoring the event. USE RegFox.

Main Section 1 {Overview} - [This is a simplified set of instructions for the SOP.  Helpful to reference when someone is already familiar with the details but just need a reminder.]

1. Log into RegFox

2. Click on Extras and click on Widget Option

3. Select the Roster option box

4. Within the dropdown select the event you are trying to get the list from (in this example Golf Inc. Summit 2023)

5. Select the different field you want to display in the form (first name, last name, email, company, address, etc.)

1. Click on Extras

2. Click on Widgets

3. Click on Roster…

4. Click on Golf Inc. Summit 2023

5. Click on Name (First Name)

6. Click on dialog

7. Click on Name (Last Name)

8. Click on dialog

9. Click on Email
