Introduction:
This SOP outlines the process for adding advertisements in the Golf and Legal newsletters. Each newsletter must contain a leaderboard, a medium rectangle, and a logo for advertisers (minimum). The necessary information about advertisers can be found in the "Digital Tracking" spreadsheet, and the ad images or GIFs can be found in Broadstreet. In case an image is unavailable on Broadstreet, the sales representative should be contacted for further assistance.

Make sure the newsletter template has designated spaces for the leaderboard, medium rectangle, and logo ads.
Accessing the "Digital Tracking" Spreadsheet:
Retrieve access to the "Digital Tracking" spreadsheet from the authorized personnel (sales team).
Review the spreadsheet to identify which advertisers should be featured in the upcoming newsletters based on the date.
Gathering Advertiser Details:
From the "Digital Tracking" spreadsheet, collect the following details for each advertiser:
Advertiser name
Ad type (leaderboard, medium rectangle, logo)
Newsletter edition/date for placement

Contacting Sales Representative (if necessary):
a. If an advertiser's image or GIF is not available on Broadstreet, reach out to the designated sales representative for assistance.
b. Request the missing image or GIF and specify the newsletter edition/date for placement.
Adding Ads to the Newsletter:
