Quick Guide

  1. Open Maghub (sign into an account with access to back end) 

  2. Go to settings>products>publication & issue setup>Select publication> add issue>add reporting date>save



Detailed Guide 

  1. First you will need to log into AdOrbit. You must have specific access into the back end to be able to add issues.

  1. On the far left panel, go to the very bottom and click Settings→ Products→ publication and Issue Setup→add issue


2.) From here, you will find the name of the magazine you will be adding the issue in for,         (example: Golf Inc Magazine). On the right, you will see 3 dots. Click these, and then “add Issue” 



















3.) Now you will ad in the necessary Issue. This will go under the “name” category. Then you will add in the “reporting date”. This can be found by opening the production calendar, and looking when that specific issues ships for distribution. 



4.) Then just click “save” and the issue will be added in!
