1. Go to the Contact » Subscriptions

From the contacts screen select [Subscriptions] for that respective contact.

2. Click on Add Subscription

Click on Add Subscription

3. Select Approved from Status * dropdown

4. Click on Comp from Paid/Comp *

Select Comp from the dropdown to designate the subscription as complimentary.

5. Enter your Comp Reason

The reason should be brief but explanatory enough for another person to quickly understand why we provided a comp issue.  - [More detailed notes can be left in the larger notes further down the screen.]

6. Click on Media Type *

You can choose Digital or Print - depending on the subscription you are adding. 

7. Click on Publication *

Choose the publication you want to setup as complimentary.

8. Click on Subscription Plan *

Select the appropriate plan from the list. - Choose the plan that has a cost associated with it.  This helps with tracking costs associated with providing complimentary issues.

9. Enter Notes describing the reason with more details.

Be brief but descriptive enough to help future employees understand what was done and why.
