  1. How do I add a premium subscriber to the website to allow for Golf Management Directory?

    1. Instructions (SOP)

  2. Where do I go to update information in the Golf Management Directory? 

    1. Send an email to Carol with the information and details that need to be updated.

  3. How and where does a user sign up for access? 

    1. This is done in Maghub just as a subscription.  - Choose the Golf Premium Subscription. 

    2. Sign up is done via the website for both premium membership and for magazine Subs


Crittenden Multifamily


  1. How do I add a user to the directory? 

    1. Adding Subscribers Instructions

  2. Error: Unauthorized User when trying to login. 

    1. This is caused by the user access being not active in some manner. Check to make sure the dates of the subscription are valid and that it shows as an “Approved” status. 

      1. If still getting the error, attempt using another internet browser (Microsoft Edge is recommended for troubleshooting) // Delete the user and recreate them in the directory. (See the adding subscriber instructions) 

  3. Error: When attempting to sign in.  Nothing happens - screen refreshes and user is still on the login screen. 

    1. This is a browser issue.  First confirm the user is setup properly on the backend.

      1. Have them try another browser (Microsoft Edge usually works without issue) 

        1. Have them clear cache and cookies for all crittenden websites. - Searching google will give you the instructions.


Crittenden Finance


  1. How do I add a user to the directory?

  1. How do I add a user to the directory?

  2. I can’t see the directory when I first login?

    1. When accessing for the first time you must select the Retail Tenants from a drop down at the top of the page.  [My Subscriptions] : Available Reports  - Click on Available Reports and choose Retail Tenants. 

      1. Subscribers will only see this option while we have 4 options in the drop down.

  1. Why do we have all different websites for each directory?

    1. They are all different as they each have different content and are purchasable separately. 


  1. Why is there separate login information for each website? 

    1. We are working on getting a single login system in place so hopefully that will be a reality soon. 

    2. There are 3 separate sign ins- one for the directory, for the subscription management webpage, and one for article access on the crittendenreport.com - password= crittendenmulti  

      1. Information should be in the email we sent when the subscription was purchased or renewed. 


  1. What do we do if the new subscriber does not show up in the directory?
