Overview of the SOP - Describes how to number sessions at a conference.

  Main Section 1- How to number sessions

    ● Don’t say the hour, say “first session, second session, etc.”

    ● Number the Keynote sessions 100, 200, 300, etc.

    ● Number the breakout sessions 101,102, 103, etc.

    ● The numbers start with the hour (not time) of the conference and the last two digits represent the room. The rooms will be assigned as 01 and another as 02, etc.
