Users will be added and listed under the [Users] category on the website.

New memberships will show under Maghub and added to the payments tracker sheet. 

Adding a subscriber to the website & emailing subscription details

Subscriber will be listed under invoices in Maghub

Under the Users category, click on [Add New] 

1. Enter the subscribers information

1. Use the subscribers email address as their user name. 

2. Add first name, last name

3. Set the password to the subscribers last name and #1 (I.E. Lastname1)

Remember to update the subscription notes with what was done and send the subscriber an email. (email found in Maghub under the templates.)

Changing Password / provide access request: 

Going into a user, you can update their information including their password.  Set their password to something easy and specific to them.  (First or Last name with a 1 and ! is easy) - provide them their login and password and advise they can change it once logged into the website. 

• It is also possibly to simply click on [Send password reset] to send them an email they can then use to reset their password.

For Premium Content subscribers - Under Edit Roles, make sure they are a [Directory Subscriber]. - This will provide the user access to the directory when they are logged into the website.

Is available on the website under the [Directory] link [We no longer maintain an Excel spreadsheet]
