Adding ad size into MagHub - Draft


Go into settings - products - rate card and ad set up 

This should open you up to the ad specifications set up

There will be 7 tabs to choose from

Select the ‘sizes” tab

You will then click the plus ad size button in top right

You will name the ad size

You will then select print for ad type

You will then verify size in mag builder? Should be selected as “ yes” 

YOU WILL THen select save 



Creating a rate card SOP

You will go to settings-products-rate card and ad set up

You will then click the plus buttons - ad print rate card in top right corner 

You will name it (for example) golf inc 24 rate4 card)

You will then choose the primary publication (golf inc magazine

Then select all the sizes applicical( ½ page ¼ page etc

Then select the positions that are applicable 

Click save

Once it is saved it will show under the print rate card section

You will click on the three dots on the far right hand side, then click edit rates. 

You will then save these edited rates based off the rate card we have for that product.

Make sure all the numbers match what the rate card says in the beginings
