Overview of SOP- This SOP will demonstrate how to find and collect missing ad material necessary for our print magazines.

Quick Guide:

1.)Run Consolidated Production report

2.) Fill in fields with necessary information

3.) Export, and sort report

4.) Save as PDF

5.) Send to Reps


Detailed Guide


  1. Run consolidated production report. Find this report on Ad Orbit by going into reports → all reports→ production/design→consolidated production report.





  1. Fill in the necessary fields. This will be:

  •  Brand- (example: golf inc)

  • issue date - (select first day of month and last day of month) 

  • Then, edit display fields to show primary reps.



     



 3.) Click get report→export report



On Exported report, delete all extra fields leaving only company, rep, ad size, approval, and status. 


Delete the rows where statuses show done or file uploaded. This means they are complete and do not need to be included in the report. 


 4.)Save as pdf



 5.) Send to Kyle, Mindy and Mike. CC Jack and Blake. Include deadline ( You can find this on the production calendar . (reps like to gather their own material from clients)
