Set up access for NAS/VPN
Preparedness for the new employee is key. Use the New Hire checklist to ensure that you have accomplished everything you need to be prepared
New employees should start at a later time on the first day to accommodate the HR manager being organized and ready to receive employees.
Once Employee arrives - give a tour of the facility (bathrooms, break room, refrigerators) and introduce them to co-workers.
Have New Hire complete required paperwork.
Review Handbook with new hire.
Schedule training so that the Intro to Company is taught by Jack on the first day (or as close as possible).
Once training is done the new hire will work with the hiring manager to identify position description. Ensure manager has the Position Description ready for them and a copy on the NAS drive
Intro to Company training (completed by Jack)
Priority Management training (completed by Jack) - follow up by HR for 3 months on Priority tracking systems
History Video - Completed during first couple of days - found on NAS drive
Customer Service training (completed by Jack) - follow up by HR for 3 months to attend customer service meetings
Yealink Phone Training - completed during the first couple of days - NAS drive
Google Calendar/Drive Training - completed during the first couple of days - NAS drive PowerPoint training (Completed by HR)
Phone Etiquette training - handout- (Completed by HR) can complete during handbook training.
Remote Access Login procedures for shelter in place orders
Training folder on NAS drive for other pertinent training.

Direct Deposit Form
Policy Handbook with addendums
Signed Offer Letter
EE Info/Emergency Contact form
Pin # for door access - get 4 digit # from them and activate in doors
Send off information for Health/Dental/Vision/RX/Life insurance
Set up ADP
Give access to pertinent Google Calendars (They must have set up Google first)
Input annual work anniversary and birthday into the Google Calendar
Input 90/180 day reviews on Google Calendar
Update Org Chart and Staff Directory
Set up Personnel folder
Set up Training Records
Give code for the front door.
