Overview of the SOP - Save my seat is used to capture hot leads and get the sales team to call

Main Section 1 {Heading 1} - [This is a simplified set of instructions for the SOP.  Helpful to reference when someone is already familiar with the details but just need a reminder.]


  1. Open Jotform and go to the brand that you are working on

  2. Look for a similar form (Ex. Golf Summit 2023 Save my Seat! Early), click on more, and look for the Clone option. Then, clone the form (Ex. Golf Summit 2023 Save my Seat! Early)

  3. Edit the form builder if necessary. You MUST have the fields Name, Email, Phone, and maybe address

  4. Go to Settings and click on the email button on your left side. If you want to receive an email every time a person fills out the form,add your email

  5. Go to Thank You Page button on your left side. You have two options. First, just a thank you notice after submission, or you can redirect them to an external link

  6. Go to Integrations. Integrate it with Mailchimp

  7. Ready to be publish now. Click on PUBLISH and you can copy and paste the link or use the embed code to add it to a website.
