Difference between source and medium
Source: Where you website traffic comes from. For instance, QR code, Google, Facebook, Mailchimp, etc.
Medium: How it got there: For instance, Poster, paid ads, email, etc.
After all the boxes have been filled. Copy the link at the bottom and start using it to track campaigns.
