Overview of the SOP - procedure of how to invite award winners and procure a list of awards to be created and brought to the summit.

 

 

  Main Section 1-

  

  1. Competition winners and contact information from the Editorial Director, Michelle Weyenberg:  https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1_MfmAqJCscYTmdG2WbtiMesVO8inGjMy/edit#gid=1016754975

  1. Create invite email templates for each category;  Amenity of the Year, Golden Fork, Development of the Year, Renovation of the Year, Clubhouse of the Year and Hilda Allen Award.

  1. Put a deadline 6 weeks before the conference that the GM, designer and/or architect MUST respond if they are attending and expect to receive an award at the award ceremony and MUST put the number of awards they would like.

  1. Free attendance to the summit is for Hilda Allen winners and GM and Owners only! WHOLE TEAM THAT WORKED ON THE PROJECT IS INVITED - ONLY GM/OWNERS GET FREE PASS.

  1. Have the Marketing Team create coupon codes for the Hilda Allen Winners and GM and Owners, so they have free entry.
