Main Section 1 Checking dates on the Production Calendar

Check for Date that Print Order is due for the particular Magazine and Issue
Main Section 2 Submitting Data Task Request Form
Go to the Knowledge Base
Click on Departments
Click on Data Management
Click on Data Task Request Form
**Fill out Data Task Request for 2 weeks before Print Order is due**
Main Section 2
Use the Bulk and Singles ship lists that were created by Data Management and use the data to fill out the Print Order form.
For National Jurist add the Distribution Reps email addresses to the right side of the Print Order (see below)
Additional Instructions: Email Print Order with Attached Ship-To List to Kodi Collective
Attach Ship-To List Excel Document to Email
Send email to Patricia Rodriguez and Fenny Tan from Kodi Collective:

National Jurist is going very well!
For the NJ magazine Winter edition, we distributed over 41000 to the colleges in the attached worksheet that was sent to the printer on 12/22/21. There were 150 per box.
We also sent a list of 259 to Select Mailing on January 5, 2022- for the comp/paid subscriptions. This list was pulled from Maghub. If you find any issues with the address – please update in Maghub. Please also look at accounts and if you see something that doesn’t look right, let us know.
We have increased our ambassadors quite a bit over the last couple of months.
For the Winter edition we had 11 Ambassadors.
For the Spring we have added another 4 and counting…
We are hoping to keep most of these into the next school year. We will know more in March. We will be advertising for the 2022-2023 school year starting in April.
