Hourly Based IC Pay Structure

Hourly-based independent contractors (ICs) are paid two times per month as follows:

  • Period 1- work completed from the 1st through the 15th of the month.

  • Period 2- work completed from the 16th through the last day of the month.

IC's must have their hours submitted by the end of the day (5pm mountain time) on the 15th and the last day of the month.

Accounting will include those submitted hours on the AP report on the next Tuesday after the 15th or the last day of the month and it will be submitted for senior management approval.

Once management approval is received, checks are mailed out within 24 hrs of the approval.  For example, please note that if the 15th or last day of the month falls on a Wednesday, the approval will not occur until the following Tuesday.before the AP report is approved. Accounting will hold the check for 24 hours, and if not picked up within that time, the check will be mailed.

If an independent contractor wishes to pick up their check, a written request via email to accounting@crittendenresearch.com, must be made
