Overview of the SOP -

This document is intended to show how to upload an schedule and social media post within Buffer.

Main Section 1 {Overview} - [This is a simplified set of instructions for the SOP.  Helpful to reference when someone is already familiar with the details but just need a reminder.]


  1. Log in with Buffer Credentials

  2. Next click on a DAY and TIME of a CALENDAR + 

  3. Select the social media platform of the Company/Brand you wan to schedule a post for.

  4. Click on the text BOX and insert your caption.

  5. Click on the box “Drag and drop or select a file”‘ and upload it.,

  6. Edit the time and the day your schedule should go out.

  7. Next click > Customize for each network.

  8. Finally click >Schedule Post(s).
