Digital issue production process
1. Design team uploads magazine to Bluetoad. https://bluetoad.com/
2. A.D. emails Marketing that the issue has been uploaded
3. Marketing can now add digital ads including skyscraper, banner and sponsor ads.
4. Marketing emails A.D. when that’s complete.
5. A.D. pays for issue conversion (digital conversion budget). Bluetoad then adds in hyperlinks. The group will receive an email from Bluetoad once that is complete. (1-3 days)
6. Marketing adds links to any ads that are missing links; marketing adds links to any ads requesting a unique hyperlink.
7. Marketing expands the hyperlink area on each ad to include the entire ad, not just the mention of the url. Once complete, marketing alerts A.D.
8. A.D. Publishes the issue and sends a link for review to Editorial Director, relevant Ad reps, and head of marketing.
9. Once everyone has reviewed the issue, A.D. will email head of marketing that everyone has approved
10. Marketing then is clear to release the issue for newsletters and websites.
